When I was in my early 20s, I used to think it would be tougher for me in the dating department after I am 30. When I turned 30, I realized that my predictions were wrong. I talk a lot about fitness and building muscle because being in top shape is of utmost importance for any man regardless of age in all fronts of life, be it health, self-esteem, sex and much more.
Building muscle and getting fit will skyrocket your odds of attracting younger women.
Forget about conventional dating advice about being yourself. It doesn’t work. Looks matter. Women’s physical standards are tougher than men’s. With all the benefits you get, there’s no excuse to be fat and not to lift weights.
We live in the age of obesity. Most modern men are fat, effeminate and weak.
You automatically put yourself among the top men if you are not fat and you are muscular. Use it to your advantage and watch the competition vanish.

Don’t fall into this trap. Women are attracted to masculinity and it will always be this way. Effeminate men are walked over, and masculine men are respected. Masculinity always wins.

If your city sucks for dating women, move to the places where the grass is greener. It may be difficult but it’s doable. Money is abundant too. Get your finances straight and move. Again, it’s not easy but it’s worth doing.
